TL;DR:
Special orders come from distributors and may be delayed if the minimum spend isn’t met. Spend £150+ per distributor for faster dispatch. We’ll notify you if the item is unavailable with the distributor — you won’t be charged.

Some items we have on special order; these are items that are at the distributors that we can order from. Most of the time, these are more niche games/products.

Please note that we need to surpass a certain level of expenditure for the products to be released. Falling under this, we will have to wait for orders to come in to bundle or wait for other new game releases. IF THE ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CANCEL THE ORDER.
